I have been using the sparql-editor/overview with a localhost sparql endpoint generated by Qlever. This post is more an observation than an issue.
QLever does not support the possibility of evaluating an empty path. One of the queries used for fetching metadata in classes overview section of sparql-editor uses path expression rdfs:subClassOf*, indicating zero or more steps in a path, which does not work with Qlever. Instead changing the exp to rdfs:subClassOf+, indicating one or more steps, worked fine.
Hope that sparql-editor adds support for Qlever in future.
