Data persistence on host dir

Hey!

Setting up openebs local pv hostpath storage for minio on my macOS for development purposes with talosctl.

Using helmfile to deploy.

Minio is running fine so far, but I can't get persistence to work.
I.e. if I destroy (helmfile destroy) and apply (helmfile apply) previous data is lost.
How can I get persistence to work?

1. Install:

   • kubernetes (e.g. with rancher desktop) - needs to be running
   • talosctl
   • helm (with helm-diff plugin installed)
   • helmfile

2. Start kubernetes

3. talosctl cluster create

4. helmfile apply

5. Upload file to minio (at localhost:9001), user rootuser, pass rootpass123

6. helmfile destroy

7. helmfile apply

8. Visit minio (at localhost:9001), user rootuser, pass rootpass123

You will see that the minio files have disappeared.

I want persistence to utilize a directory of my choosing on the hostmachine. Grateful for any tips!

Also, I believe talos volume shouldn't be mounted to host as it conflicts with talos os immutable nature?
