The dev package uploaded on luarocks (https://luarocks.org/modules/alerque/lilypond.sile) points to the fluent repository, indeed:

lilypond.sile/lilypond.sile-dev-1.rockspec

The repository is quite empty

N.B. FWIW, embedders.sile has some (minimal working) Lilypond support (in addition to Graphviz DOT)
