Don't load next page immediately when scroll to webpage bottom

Description

Some websites, such as www.baidu.com, have "Related search" on the webpage bottom, but Infy Scroll will auto load next page immediately, so it's hard to click links "Related search". If I increase "append delay", it will delay when I want to scroll quickly.
So I want to add an option that don't load next page immediately when scroll to webpage bottom, load when scroll again.

I would like an option added in which Infy Scroll should not append any pages until the following two conditions happen:

1. The user has scrolled to the very bottom of the page
2. The user then starts scrolling back up again (an X number of pixels, or however to be determined later)

Please let me know if that is correct and please feel free to elaborate further if you want to. I know the problem you're trying to solve, and it sounds like a good solution, but I just have a few concerns.
