块引锚文本错误（重建索引没法解决，但重启思源就解决了，不知道怎么重现）
更新：推测跟通过开发者工具刷新界面之后，页签标题不正确 #13895 有关
产生异常结构的列表块：

操作：回车 → 退格 → 回车

感觉相关的问题：在反向链接编辑面板中新建列表项并立刻缩进至父级会导致列表项重复 #12256
