bitaxe not hashing, did not see any similar discussions on this

i am new here but been mining for a while, i have my bitaxe BM1368,Version: | v2.4.0, im having problem where i did the update to the v2.4, and its not showing any hash, the code i get in the log looks like its working and even CkPool says i have 2 miners wich i do have 2 on Ckpool, any help with this problem?? anyone else getting no hash rate but pools says its working ? update to this problem, just updated to V:2.4.1 , doing the same thing, its getting work done but not hashing, (10821) SystemModule: Syncing clock

can you post a screenshot of your AxeOS dashboard and settings page, and ideally a photo of your Bitaxe

On the first picture, that grey small box that says 1007R3 R15, for some reason that moves, not sure if that's the problem

i just restarted the bitaxe and got this msg on the very to line of the log: ₿ (9961) bm1368Module: Chip count mismatch. Expected: 1, Actual: 0, does this means my bitaxe is messed up?

It means no ASIC is detected.
check power or UART to ASIC.

There is a mosffet that looks broken or burn, there is also a chip that is getting very hot compared to the rest, chep U5 and mosfet R2, chip U5 getting very hot and nosfet R2 has a black line on it and the other ones do not
