Suggestion to add settings for customizing static files

Hi,

I needed to modify the styles and behavior of the datepicker in django-jalali, which required changing the static files used by the library. To implement this, I had to rewrite the admin widgets and include my own CSS and JS files in the media.

It would be greatly beneficial to add settings to the library that enable users to easily customize static files and other similar elements they may need to modify.
