ESMfold notebook is not working #677

Hi,

Although I could run the ESMfold notebook early this week, it is no longer working.
It throws the following error:
"ValueError: mutable default <class 'esm.esmfold.v1.trunk.StructureModuleConfig'> for field structure_module is not allowed: use default_factory"
