When clicking any of the 3 view all links to view all mods of a given category; Featured, Newest, Recent. It results in a 403 page being displayed.

You as a person are Forbidden from looking at all the mods.

While this button now works, it doesn't actually filter you to the results that you expect. For example, the view more button in the recently updated section should filter the mod listing to show to recently updated mods first.
