Wie gesagt, ich setzte für die Java Virtual Machine -Xmx6g und -Djava.io.tmpdir /fhgfs/groups/...
In Picard setze ich nochmals TMP_DIR=/fhgfs/groups/...
Der Sinn ist, dass das FhGFS wesentlich schneller als die relativ kleine
lokale /tmp/ Festplatte ist.
Für SLURM musst Du dann noch das Speicher Limit höher als das JavaVM Limit
setzten, also zum Beispiel 7GiB für 6GiB in der JavaVM.
