RAS detection wrong with newer Kernel? (CVE-2023-20569) #502

I tested two Kernels with VirtualBox:
6.11.10+bpo-amd64 (backports) and 6.1.0-28-amd64 (Devuan)

6.11:

Mitigated according to the /sys interface: NO (Vulnerable: Safe RET, no microcode)

6.1:

Mitigated according to the /sys interface: YES (Mitigation: safe RET, no microcode)

So Kernels give different spelling for status.
