Update version tag for apif image and rdf.publisher #8

At the moment run-all.sh tries to pull version v0.0.5 of the rdf.publisher and version v0.7.0 of the apif.
Both tags are not available on dockerhub.
As for the apif, the script can use v0.8.3, while for the rdf.publisher we need to build and push another image.
