Plugin is missing from the idea repository

When using this url https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugins/alpha/9188 PhpStorm complains that there're no plugins found.

临时办法：

1. 下载：http://7xqa0y.com1.z0.glb.clouddn.com/Sync/Upload/Data/vue-for-idea-for-webstorm2016.2.tar
2. 解压，找到IDE的app，右键->show package contents，拷贝解压后的目录到Contents/plugin目录下
3. 重启IDE

当然，还是期待作者后面能修复下！

Hi @pmatseykanets

You can download the tar file provided by @beyondskyway with the link in this comment then uncompress it and place it under the folder Contents/plugin ([email protected]) , or download and install the jar plugin file (which version is 1.0.73, I build yesterday, or you can build it by your self) and choose install from disk.
