I don't really understand how your question is related to EverythingToolbar. Are you looking for a launcher-like way to trigger the Everything search? If so, you can focus the EverythingToolbar search with the Win+Alt+S hotkey, which can be customized in the settings. |

If you are looking for a modern replacement for Launchy you might want to look at Flow Launcher. It also supports Everything search results. |
