Mura Locations Plugin front end editing Doesn't render

When trying to drag the plugin on to a page in Mura 7.1 It just never loads the options after selecting from the dropdown. It just hangs and never gives any options. I wanted to put directions on a page but the plugin on the front admin side doesn't work.
