Workflow update

I noticed that we use a self-hosted runner for integrations workflow, but since this repo is public, we should be able to use macOS latest from GitHub for free (unless I'm missing something hidden *) - see:

There's only this side note, that I'm not sure if applicable to us

If relevant, this might also be useful for other public repos we have.

Are there any significant benefits? Since we have our private runner setup already
