[Feature Request] Converting between カタカナ and ひらがな #26

I want the feature.
From カタカナ to ひらがな.

    hiragana = ""
    for char in fullwidth_katakana:
        if 'ァ' <= char <= 'ヶ':
            hiragana += chr(ord(char) - 0x60)
        else:
            hiragana += char

Reversal converting is also what I want.
