Problem description

There is currently no way to view commit history for a specific file in the repo, akin to gitk -- <filename>

Preferred solution

Perhaps in addition to MODIFIED FILES, UNTRACKED FIELS and STAGED FILES another section could be added for TRACKED FILES. Clicking on one of the TRACKED FILES would perhaps show the contents of the file with a context menu allowing viewing of it's commit history and other relevant options.

Alternatives

Perhaps a separate location for browsing the repo directory and file structure and performing relevant actions on them.
