Description

Most Time sections on subscan are relative, like 1 minute ago, 1 day 2 hours ago, which is very convenient. But when it comes to format like 2022-04-05 22:28:42 (+UTC), for example in block/extrinsic details page, it only provides UTC time. There seems no settings in subscan to switch to local time, and users have to do it manual.

Use cases

When users need to check the local time of a block/extrinsic, it would be helpful to be able to switch from UTC to local.
