Main page map extent and scale are off.

The default main map on the EW homepage is centered on 0,0 coordinate which is fine normally except when not showing the full map. Because the default map view is slightly zoomed in at 0,0 the map looks off center with too much open ocean showing in southern part of the map and an unbalanced view between N America and Europe/Asia. If we want to keep the map at this scale we should re center the default view move the map view down and over.

A better solution would be to keep the map centered and set the default zoom level to be further out. It's ok to show empty space around the map in the map frame for the default view.
