When one has the libGL error running the Clickable, there is no way in the plugin to select the '--nvidia' option for the clickable execution arguments.
Danfro added a commit to Danfro/atom-clickable-plugin that referenced this issue May 14, 2020

The need for Nvidia mode should be detected automatically by Clickable since version 6.0.0. So probably no longer an issue.
