sway lags input on high refresh rate (120Hz)

This is more of a heads up than anything else.

I noticed on my new thinkpad t14 the screen has a supported refresh rate of 120Hz.

Sway defaulted to this but the input/render lag on input text made it unusable.

I'd type full commands into alacritty or foot and they wouldn't show until i hit enter or even then sometimes would take multiple returns to show up. The lag also showed across browsers and other windows that take input.

I went and adjusted the screen down to 60Hz via output {} and all is resolved.
