Create a button to remove a bookmark from a timeline #3

TASK

Currently, there isn't an option to remove a bookmark from a timeline.
Add a button in the timeline page next to a bookmark to remove it, this should only be visible to the user who owns the timeline.
The arrow in the provided image indicates where this button should be
