Home의 recently sent notifications에는 프로젝트와 무관하게 가장 최근에 보낸 noti들을 리스트로 보여주는 것으로 이해하고 있습니다만,

저희가 구현해놓은 방식은 project에 맞는 notification만 state로 받아오게 되어있는것 같습니다.

fetchAllNotifications()
fetchNotificationsByProject()

두가지로 나눠야할 것 같습니다
