Hi,
I'm having a NullReferenceException in this line: https://github.com/syncfusion/maui-demos/blob/master/SampleBrowser.Maui/Samples/DocIO/Samples/GettingStarted/GettingStarted.xaml.cs#L86

I think the file "Getting Started.docx" is missing

Edit: in fact, al File Formats examples has this behavior
