Describe the bug

With a low spending balance (2_000), attempting to transfer to spending and tapping Max of 25% producing a negative value.

Reproduce

  1. Have a wallet with 2_000 sats onchain
  2. Go to transfer to spending
  3. Tap Max or 25% during the value selection screen
