When setting up a new deployment the playbook runs through, however, the web application was not reachable.

It turned out a restart of nginx service was still needed.

This should be included in the play.

This persists even after a restart of the vm, but a simple systemctl restart nginx is sufficient to get it running.
service is listed as enabled.
