I just got the smallest Hetzner VPS (plus ipv4 plus backups, that's ~ 4.5 €) and it has these IPs:

37.27.215.216

2a01:4f9:c010:d906::1

Let's bend testgrid.tahoe-lafs.org to these addresses.
