Describe the bug

On the epic list, if we have 25 epics closed, 10 epics opened, Taiga will fetch 30 first epics, remove the 25 closed (due to filters) and display the 5 remaining ones. Since no scrolling is needed, the infinite scroll is never triggered and we cannot see the 5 remaining open epics.

How can we reproduce the behavior

Create 25 epics, close them. Create 10 epics. Filter the epic list to only display open ones. Reload the page.

Workarounds

One can change the filtering to include closed epics, scroll down to the bottom, then reenable filtering.

Taiga environment

Taiga self-hosted. 6.8.1.
