Unable to Export Training Package Post Inference

Hello,

I am new to SLEAP so still figuring out how everything works. I was able to successfully annotate, run training on a HPCC, and then do prediction assisted labelling. The problem now is I am unable to export the training package again now that I finished annotating new frames after the prediction assisted labelling. I will include what the code output was when I tried to run training as well as what my screen looks like on SLEAP. It seems like for some reason I can no longer edit my labels or see that I have a video associated with it which is strange, I stepped away from this project for a little bit and saved then reloaded it, not sure if something went wrong then. Let me know what other information could be helpful. I appreciate the help.

Hi @Asolee24,

If I'm not wrong, you labelled a few frames in a .slp file, trained a model on the same file and then ran inference to get predictions on the unlabeled frames? Could you please share how you did prediction assisted labelling?

How did you install SLEAP? We have a latest stable version (v1.4.1).

Hello,

I labeled 20 frames after generating random labeling suggestions on a video, then I exported that training package and trained the centered instance and centroid on a separate server as my computer does not have a compatible NVIDA GPU. I then downloaded those trainings ran inference on the same .slp file with the train centroid and centered instance on another random labeled suggested frames. Then I corrected and saved those annotations. I took a break and thought I saved everything properly, what stands out is now it shows I don't have any video which I think maybe is why I am getting the error. I installed following the installation instructions on sleap.ai for windows and everything has worked fine, I have the latest v1.4.1.

Hi @Asolee24 !

From the error logs you shared before, it looks like it's referencing the .pkg.slp file, which are training package files and are not supposed to be further annotated. Just wanted to check if you are trying to save the .pkg.slp as .slp file?
