[BUG] Duplicate entry error creating group in icicle.develop #115

Create a client with an id of "new" causes the following error: 1062, "Duplicate entry 'new' for key 'backend_group.id'".
This seems like a database issue.

Perhaps the unique constraint is not correct

It appears that there were groups created before there were unique constraints on the Group model. Removing Critical tag
