NOTHING changes except the nuget version and thus produces this effect

If you have this issue when using DrawnUI nuget 1.2.xx please remove you own dependencies for SkiaSharp OR use versions 2.88.9-preview.2.2 for SkiaSharp-related nugets.

We are talking about DrawnUI 1.2.xx and SkiaSharp v2. In case your are already on NET 9, you would use DrawnUI >1.3.xx along with SkiaSharp v3, they do not have this issue.
