Update object detection link in web site

I think you changed the path to the object detection notebook in github and didn't do it for the web site : https://github.com/tensorflow/hub/blob/master/examples/colab/object_detection.ipynb

So something seems to be broken with ?hl=fr specifically (there may be others). We'll look into this.
