2.0.45 build issues

Hi. I'm getting a missing file and some other errors when compiling. All dependencies are referenced using dll files from the release. Any ideas where I am going wrong?

The missing files were recently added.

Ok, strange. I used the latest source files only just downloaded from the repo.

Ignore me - I see those extra files posted in the repo folders, but I was downloading the release source file. All working now, thanks.
