TMC plugin does not start on Intellij

Please review the last two recent issue requests for this. Been having the same issues as them

I think none of the project maintainers are on this any more considering how long ago this was last updated. I imagine the students have graduated and don't have any interest in maintaining anymore. I thought about picking it up, but after the price hike on IntelliJ switched to other products.

It shouldn't be too hard to fix though; probably just an API change on IntelliJ side. Might be worth forking, fixing, and checking if you can get credit from your school. Or just using Netbeans for which I think there's a maintained plugin.

@MenotiFilho which version of intelli J are you at, i can only see TMC test result and TMC Project List.

my version is 2024.1
