[FEATURE] Multi-homing displays (use same timer for multiple displays)

USER STORY: I would like to be able to have a display point to separate servers for timekeeping and scorekeeping.

This feature is useful when running multiple divisions, but both divisions' matches are synchronized for each other and you want to show the timer on both displays BUT you want to show each division's scores. This way you only have to manage one timing source and sound source.
