Only stitch numbers between 0 and 9 are supported on kniterate.

Further discussion suggests that sometimes letters are also used; currently range is checked to be 0-9A-Z, pending on-machine testing to determine the actual valid range.

Valid range seems to be 0-9 A-F (where A=10 and F=15) based on what compiles from the design app. Will test on the machine as well
