Using the entrelac.js script, a dat file ends up that brings up an error in knitting assist: "Yarn inserting hook and needle interfere, course 10, pattern(F) S1=9, pattern(B) S1=9"

This is probably related to the release hook occurring on a row with no knits ( moving color 90 on R15 above by a few courses might help or calling "releasehook cs" after a few courses -- if that does help, this is a backend issue that is currently open)
