Add plots for the fits to the catch and survey index time series data.

e.g. like those at the top of the North Sea Key Run .Rmd.

added a function gettables.R to read the "table" portions of the .rep file output that have the fits to survey and catch indices in 20161fc
added example plots based on current ones to the .Rmd in 8d0387c
