Incidence plot

For specified doubling time (or other growth stuff) show the user what the predicted incidence is over the course of the simulation time.

Would this be part of the 'admission' plot? I assume yes, and add the following comments below:

• currently admission forcasts are not plotted on the graph
• the graph is wider than others; maybe use the same width?
• unclear why there is a 'reporting status' fill legend; probably remove?
• y axis is missing a tickmark for "1" when plotting with default values (see attached)

• yet to be implemented, but this is just the provided data. will put the predicted admissions elsewhere
• had padded out to avoid just a single bar, but this can be fixed
• as you adjust underreporting you see unreported admissions appearing
• i think that's the custom pretty axis that you've added but will take a look
