On some hardware the window manager and the mouse refuse to play nice.
Symptoms:
Mouse still moves, but only one window will accept input from it.
e.g. a file manager window is open, but clicking on it results in the click event going to the desktop behind it, or not being received at all (tested using xev)
Affected windows will still receive keyboard events
Replicate:
Open a file manager window, then try to move it. If it doesn't move: bug
(Behaviour after this is weird. For example, after doing the above, right-clicking on the desktop then on the file manager window will allow the window to move, until you click on the desktop again.)
