Is Your Feature Request Related to a Problem?

Currently its only possible to hide top bar when scrolling in the feed but not in the comment sections

Feature Description

This would let us enable hide top bar on scroll in the comment section

I believe hiding the top bar should work with the new experimental post page! You can try it out by enabling experimental features in Settings -> Debug -> Experimental Features.

Do note that the experimental post page is not in parity with the current post page (so some features may be missing from it)
