[feature] Add an option to toggle off the palette name from generated code

Currently, the namespacing is <palette name>__<colour-name>. This results in long variable names, requiring people to select all <palette name>__ and delete it if they don't want it.

Add a checkbox that allows us to optionally render the palette name, which is probably not needed for most projects.
