CCM Canvas API's Integration

CCM is using Canvas API for carry out function, so support the high-level workflow for this using the UCF Canvasapi library https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rkRYuTiGmMwlP3tb7IXMXPI_U1E4tpbDM5b_yI7i_xw/edit?gid=0#gid=0

All the subtask means the API endpoint is created and UI integration complete.

This Parent task work as initial wiring needs for all the child/sub-issues that needs to happen.

I think httpx library seems promising supporting async and sync call. Since we have bulk action API calls in 3 features, so this library will be useful
