I am on the latest version of Noterly as of 2023-12-08 (1.4.2) on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running Android 14 (latest).

I schedule a reminder that repeats hourly. If the reminder notification is active, and I click on it (in case I want to edit the reminder), it disappears from the list.
