Graz UIC Number

The UIC number for Graz seems to be wrong - the correct UIC number for Graz would be 8103712 instead of the current one 8103171. Where did the original UIC number come from?

I checked MERITS, it says 8103171 for Graz HbF. It doesn't know about 8103712

However teleref.era.europa.eu says it's indeed AT3172

I don't know what is its source, I have trouble navigating the Austrian NAP portal as I don't speak a word of German.

The SNCF database I have says 8103171 as well it's probably an import from MERITS.

I will probably leave it like that.

It appears that Graz now has different UIC and UIC reservation codes (they are seperate numbers, judging from the train ticket encoding documentation in the UIC-barcode repo)
