В папке c:\temp создаём 3 вложенные папки:
"1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789
012345678901234567890"

Пытаемся удалить папку верхнего уровня и 
получаем:

- XP SP3: Инструкция по адрессу 0x00380037 
обратилась с памяти по адрессу 
0x00300039. Память не может быть "written". Сервис 
отваливается.

- Win 7 x86: Сервис просто тихо отваливается.
