I have the following:

Docker version 20.10.17
docker-compose version v2.6.1, build 5becea4c
Airflow 2.4.2

my docker-compose.yml file like below

link you can follow this answer that is basically adding MarkupSafe==2.0.1 in your PYTHON_DEPS: in the docker.yaml file and also an update you will require the library wtforms==2.3.3
