As per reddit: endless hanging when trying to login (tutanota) account still live

Hi, please add me to the list of people who have the "tutanota login is hanging" problem of seeing endless cycling of cute messages, instead of log-in actually working to tutanota mail. I would like to get access to my mail account please, because I have emails to read and send, including for a property purchase.

Windows 11, Google Chrome, Pale Moon.

Account is current and active. It is not deleted nor suspended.

I do not have a reddit account. I see other people are affected. Does anyone have any advice please?

Hi, thank you for the report, could you please open dev tools when it happens and see if there are any errors?

Note that Pale Moon is not supported and is unlikely to work.
