[CWRC] deploy the script in production

Done when:

• set up a Openstack Swift container for CWRC
• set up a mysql DB to track the successful ingest based on Use DB to log ingest status swift_ingest#2
• deploy the script on our server - firewall rules and access to OpenStack need to be figured out
  • Need to access MySQL
  • Need to access OpenStack Swift for ingest
  • Need to reach out to CWRC to fetch the AIPs
  • Need to push error message to Rollbar.
• connect to CWRC's production islandora instance
• Successful test run of ingest.
